Professor Makaya holds a doctorate from EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland. As Managing Director of CODEP and Greenmendic Sarl, he leads CODEP's national medical cannabis regulatory framework, producer network, and international export relationships.
Professor Kasuku bridges CODEP's regulatory authority with ground-level operational expertise through CongoMedicPlants, overseeing pharmaceutical-grade cultivation, trade compliance, and producer relations. He also manages political, legal, and security risks.
Professor Muadi holds a doctorate from National Pedagogical University in Kinshasa - DRC. She specializes in security and strategy and she is the Director of Operations of CODEP. Her main duty is to ensure that every gram of cannabis produced within CODEP ecosystem is compliant, traceable, secure, and export-ready - while maintaining full operational control over a distributed network of producers.
Mr Frimpong serves as an Operating Member of CODEP, with direct responsibility for Investment Marketing and International Business Development. He leads CODEP's engagement with investors, institutional partners, and strategic markets across international jurisdictions, presenting the organisation's vision, project pipeline, and commercial proposition to international partners. As Food and Agricultural Consultant and Finance Director of CongoMedicPlants, he brings together expertise in agro-industrial value chains, financial governance, audit, and market development, directly strengthening CODEP's investment readiness, commercial positioning, and global credibility.
